Service
Control systems for machines and processes that need to run without supervision.
PLC-based automation replaces manual sequencing and hard-wired relay logic with a programmable controller. The result is a machine that repeats the same cycle reliably, reports what it is doing, and can be changed in software rather than rewired.
This is a genuinely separate service from the mechanical side of our work — it shares no steps with printing or scanning — but it sits alongside it rather than apart from it. A machine needs both: the mechanism designed and built, and the control system that drives it. Having both under one roof avoids the familiar problem of a mechanical contractor and a controls contractor blaming each other.
We program on Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta and other major PLC platforms, matching whatever is already on site or specifying new hardware for the job. Because every automation job is specific to the process it controls, this one always starts with a site visit rather than a price list. Tell us what the machine has to do, what it is doing now, and what happens when it stops.

A genuinely separate service from the others here — it starts on your factory floor, not on a bench.
What the process does now, where it stops, and what it costs when it stops.
What's available to spend, agreed before any hardware is specified — the platform and panel design that follow are built to fit it, not the other way round.
PLC, HMI, servo motors, sensors and the wiring schedule — chosen for the platform already on site, or specified fresh for the job.
Ladder logic written for the platform already on site or specified for the job.

Built and wired to the design before anything goes near your equipment.
On site, on your equipment.
The operators who run it are trained on it before we leave.

Common questions
A part, a process, or just an idea. Tell us the situation and we will tell you the engineering route to solving it — honestly, even if that route isn't us.
