Service
FDM and SLA printing, one-off prototypes through to repeat production runs.
3D printing is how most of the parts in our portfolio were actually made. It suits the work we do: single replacement components, functional prototypes that have to be handled and tested, and short production runs where tooling would cost more than the whole job.
We run two processes, chosen for what the part actually needs. FDM builds a part from molten filament and is the workhorse — strong, larger, and the right choice for most functional parts and production runs. SLA cures liquid resin with light and is chosen when fine detail and a smooth surface decide the job — sharp text, threads, small precise features, or a part built to be looked at rather than only used. The two are explained side by side below; if you are not sure which one your part needs, send it and we will tell you.
It is not only for prototypes. We have delivered large-scale production orders — hundreds of identical parts for a single client — and the same process covers a one-off bracket that somebody needs to get a vehicle back on the road. Send a model and we will print it; if you do not have one, we will design it or reverse engineer it from the part you have.
Coverage
Colombo and surrounding areas, with island-wide delivery and on-site engineering support.

From an idea, a sketch or a file, to a finished printed part.
A hand sketch, a 2D drawing, a photograph of the part, or a model you already have.
Modelled from scratch where none exists, or your file checked and repaired until it is genuinely printable.
FDM or SLA, then the material picked for the load, the heat and the finish the part has to survive.
Orientation, wall thickness, infill and support strategy set for strength, not only for speed.
One-off, small batch, or a repeat production run.
Support removal, wash and cure for SLA parts, then sanding, painting or assembly where the job needs it.
Measured against the model, then delivered island-wide.
Methods & materials
The workhorse process: functional parts, brackets, housings, jigs and fixtures, larger parts, and repeat production runs. Stronger and cheaper per part than SLA, at the cost of a visible layer line.
Materials
Best for
Chosen when surface finish and fine detail decide the job. Smooth straight off the printer, with sharp edges FDM cannot hold, at the cost of being more brittle and more limited in size.
